Two years ago I decided to study Jordan’s culinary identity by making a short documentary about jordanian, palestinian and circassian cuisines. The documentary was bought by Al Jazeera channel and is featured on their documentary channel on regular basis. There was going to be a second documentary about Syria which I would still love to make one day.
